About Felis Catus Bilim Borboru

Felis Catus Bilim Borboru is a private non-degree continuing education and research outreach center based in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. The center develops short courses, public learning materials, and field-method orientation for students and volunteers interested in felid ecology and One Health.

Scope

The center is not a degree-granting university and does not present itself as a government body. Its work is focused on non-degree education, public resources, and responsible outreach around snow leopard ecology, Pallas's cat awareness, domestic cat health, and ethical wildlife observation.

Learning Approach

Short Courses Compact modules for students, early volunteers, and community educators. Digital Library Curated links to public conservation, species, and open data resources. Field Orientation Non-invasive observation, camera trap basics, data sheets, and safety planning. Policy Framework Clear terms, data-use notes, accessibility, and animal observation ethics.
